Any plumber that did their training here in Edmonton will also have a gas fitting ticket.  Since this is the case just about any plumbing company that you call will have a gas fitter on staff that can hook up gas lines in Edmonton.  There might be a few smaller companies that came from another province that are not capable of doing this, but for the most part all plumbers in Alberta have a second class gas fitter ticket or class B gas fitter ticket.
